Student registration
The Australian STEM Video Game Challenge is open to Australian students in Years 5 -12.
The Australian STEM Video Game Challenge is completely free to enter. This year’s competition will run from Monday 1 May – Friday 25 August, 2017.
Students can enter in teams of 1-4 members.
All members of a team must register to participate.
All entrants must be Australian citizens and have consent from a parent or guardian.
This year, each team is required to have a mentor – a nominated adult (18+) that will agree to act as a contact point between the Australian STEM Video Game Challenge and the team, and who can help to keep the team on-track while developing their game!
Students are required to have their team mentor present in order to register, as the first component of the registration process needs to be completed by them.
Registration will open at 9.00am on Monday 1 May 2017, and will close at 5.00pm on Friday 30 June, 2017.
Students are encouraged to ensure they have read and understood the rules, submission guidelines and technical specifications, as well as the information contained in the ‘Assembling your team’ and ‘Theme’ sections of the Australian STEM Video Game Challenge website, before continuing.
